Hampton Roads - VA 999 Pontiac Trans Am Convertible – FIREHAWK. Visit firehawk.org for a great source of info on all Firehawk models. If you do, you’ll see that this car is 1 of 5 built with these options. There were only 18 Bright Red convertible Firehawks out of the total build of 719. SLP build number is C044. (yes, this designates it as being built as a Canadian delivery car) The standard 1999 Firehawk package consisted of : 327 RWHP LS1. Composite Ram-Air hood with heat extractor vents. SLP Dual Exhaust with dual tips. Firehawk dash plaque and two key fobs. 275/40/ZR17 tires. Exterior graphics and hood emblem. Additional SLP Options on this car include: Chrome 17X9” wheels, floor mats, and car cover. The only options not ordered were the synthetic fluids package and the upgraded Auburn differential. The Bilstein ultra performance suspension system was not available on convertibles. Car has the monsoon CD stereo, Traction Control, power everything including top, twilight sentinel headlights (turn on automatically), engine block heater (Canadian delivery). Color is Bright Red with Tan leather interior and top. I have the SLP brochure and original build sheet.
